Items ship from New York.

Some orders are fulfilled by the Authors or owners of the product as dropships direct to you. These are non-returnable.

Orders ship within 3 – 7 days of receipt.

We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling.

US shipping is by USPS and UPS.

Each book has a flat rate for the shipment cost.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged. Customer pays shipping for approved returns.

We must be notified in 14 days of receipt.

We will provide return information for approved returns.

Items shipped in error will be credited in full.

“processing”, and “service provider” have the meanings giving to them in the NYPA.
